Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Products without original packaging
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first, as it may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are usually issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
